ORDERING
Confirmation:
When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.
Age restrictions:
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at the checkout.
PAYMENT
Credit/Debit cards:
We accept payment via both debit and credit cards. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.

PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account.

Orzas retains the right to change prices at any time.
Local taxes:
Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.
Right of return:
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), excluding the outgoing shipping. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.
Warranty claims:
All Orzas products come with a 1 year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact contact@orzas.com. Please include your order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim.
