Monogram Policy

*We’re happy to monogram your jewelrys but please note we cannot refund goods that have been monogrammed.*

What is your Shipping Policy?

Orders over $75 ship for FREE (Domestic orders only). Free shipping usually arrives in 4–7 days. Expedited shipping via UPS is available in 2-day and overnight service.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! Pretty much everywhere. All jewelrys purchases ship DHL Express International. Please note that on USPS First Class packages that tracking is only available until the item reaches the US border. Also, remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for.

What is your return policy?

If you need to return or exchange your purchase we offer free return shipping on US orders. Just shoot us an email at contact@orzas.com, and we can help you out. Please note this must be within 30 days of purchase and the item must be in brand new condition. Also, note that it takes 6–10 days to receive the money back in your account after a return is initiated.

Also in the unlikely event of any problems with your bag, just let us know. We’re in it for the long haul and will make sure you get your jewelry repaired and back to you as soon as possible.
